ATS & CRM Integrations

Customers who rely on real-time data regarding leads or candidates, or who seek automated ways to transmit candidate data from an external application into its own system, would benefit from integrating with Radancy's platform. Radancy contains a wide range of event-level data that could inform you of candidate behavior and interests. 

Integration into our platform would mean sourcing data from our various products, including our events platform, QuickChat, and FAQ Concierge, and receiving pre-event level data (i.e., general registration, contact information, or files) or post-event level data that can be automatically shared with your Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. 

By interfacing with Radancy, our integrations let you:

  • Add Radancy contacts to your ATS or CRM candidate workflows (i.e., job alerts, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Update contacts already in your ATS or CRM with additional information collected via Radancy.
  • Track Radancy contacts through your hiring process.

Supported integration partners include SmashFly X, SmashFly, Beamery, iCIMS, Talemetry, Lytics, and Phenom.

Radancy sends the information below for each contact; however, exactly which data can be transferred depends on which platform you use, and requires specific configurations.
