Connect Your Account

1. From your Account Home in Radancy, select Settings, then Integrations.

2. Click New, then under Vendor, select "SmashFly."

3. Enter a Name for the integration, your API Username and Password, and your ContactDBId. Check Use Staging if you are entering an API key for a staging environment to test the connection prior to going live in production.

4. Once you click Save, we'll ask your system to verify the credentials you provided.

5. If the verification is successful, you can choose the new integration you created under Push Contacts.

6. Then, click Test to send test data to your SmashFly account to confirm the integration is working. Test data for SmashFly includes the following: 

  • First Name: Radancy
  • Last Name: TestContact
  • Email: test+contact@radancy.com
  • Phone: +15555555555
  • City: Arlington
  • State: VA
  • ProfileURL: https://help.linkedin.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/85/~/promoting-your-public-profile

Radancy automatically maps the below standard SmashFly data points for each contact created or updated.

  • Attended: Users who attended the event
