We want every booth Representative to feel confident about the steps they must take to ensure they are registered and ready to staff their Radancy booth.
| Be sure to complete your Representative registration at least 24 hours prior to your event. Even if you have worked a Radancy booth in the past, you must confirm your registration for any new event. |
To complete your registration, you must log in to the event and set up your Representative profile. You can use this profile to register for any future events where you're assigned as a Representative. Use your email address and password to log in and you are automatically registered.
Locate Your Invitation Email
You received an email invitation when you were added to the event as a booth Representative. This email contains a link to log in to the event and complete your profile.
| If you cannot find your invitation email, check your spam folder and add notifications@radancy.com to your email account's approved senders list. If your email does not appear in the spam folder, please reach out to Radancy Support to resend the email via help request. |
Activate Your Account & Complete Your Rep Profile
Use the link in your invitation email to access the event Representative registration.
If this is your first time participating, you must first verify your email and set up a new password as part of the account activation process. Returning Representatives are taken directly to the login page.
Once on the login page, enter the email address that received the invitation email and your password. If you already have a Rep Profile but you've forgotten the password, try resetting your password.
Complete Your Rep Profile
New Representatives are asked to complete a Representative profile after logging in for the first time. On the Rep Profile page, enter your information. The only required fields are First Name, Last Name, and Email Address; however, we recommend sharing enough information to help the candidate/attendee learn more about you.
The Public Profile information you provide is displayed to event participants during live, one-on-one chats. The Private Information you enter is kept confidential.
Registration Confirmation
After you complete your Rep Profile as a new Representative, a confirmation page appears. Returning Representatives, however, skip the Rep Profile page and immediately see the registration confirmation.
You can edit your Representative profile at any time prior to or during an event. To make changes, click Rep Profile in the sidebar.
On the day of the event, log in using the link in the invitation email or through https://app.brazenconnect.com.
