Password Reset

Please ensure you are using the correct email address associated with your Radancy account to log in. If you forgot the password you used for Radancy, then:

1. Click here to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you do not receive an email within five minutes.
2. Once you receive the email, click the link to reset your password.
3. Input your new password, and click Save.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and include at least three of the following character classes:

• • Uppercase letters (e.g. A-Z)
  • Lowercase letters (e.g. a-z)
  • Digits (e.g. 0-9)
  • Special characters (e.g. #, %, $, !, &)
