Custom Integration Field Mapping

In addition to transferring standard fields for all Radancy contacts like Name, Email, and Phone, you can use custom fields to transfer more unique Radancy data points to your ATS or CRM.

From your Account Home in Radancy, select Settings, then Integrations.

Standard Field Mapping

Standard Field Mapping shows which data points are always sent to your ATS or CRM when there is data provided by the user.

Radancy Field Mapping

You can choose to send unique Radancy-defined data points to your ATS or CRM under Radancy Field Mapping by entering the corresponding field name from your system. Any Radancy fields without a mapped integration field are not sent, and you may need to create a new custom field in your ATS or CRM in order to capture this data.

You may disable any of these fields at any time.

Registration Field Mapping

You can set up additional mappings for data captured from your event registration forms under Registration Field Mapping.

Select the Radancy Field you'd like to push to your supported integration partner, enter its  corresponding field name, and choose the appropriate Field Type.

You may also add a test field value to ensure that your ATS or CRM endpoint captures the data correctly, but this may require that you create a new custom field in your ATS or CRM.
