  1. Attempt to logout at https://app.brazenconnect.com/logout 
  2. Ensure any unnecessary browser tabs and windows are closed.
  3. Check that your browser is up to date.
  4. If you are still experiencing trouble, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Learn how by clicking the link for your browser below.
  5. If clearing your cookies and cache doesn't resolve the issue, attempt to log in and enter the event in an Incognito or Private browser window.
