How do I test my internet connection?

To participate in online, text-based chats on the Radancy platform, you need to have a consistent internet connection.

1. Go to www.speedtest.net and begin test.
2. The lower your Ping, the better - your ping should be below 150.
3. Not getting a low Ping? First, try updated your browser. If you have other browser options available to you, try those as well. If you continue to have a low Ping, try accessing from a different device (computer, smartphone or tablet). Radancy is very mobile friendly!
