If you are in a live event and need to reach out to Radancy Support, open your Hiring Events Admin in a new tab or window to access Live Chat Support. You do not need to exit your event. |
Log in and click the Speech Bubble at the bottom of the screen.
Next, provide the requested information including Name, Email Address, and Participation Type. If you have previously chatted with Radancy Support, your information may be auto-filled, and you'll see the history of your previous support conversations.
Once you've provided your information, you'll be connected immediately with a Radancy support agent who'll be happy to help you with platform-related questions and troubleshooting.
