How do I access live chat support?

Radancy Administrators, Booth Owners, and Representatives can access live chat support 24/7 through the Hiring Events Admin. Live chat support can get you time-sensitive information fast!

As best practice, we recommend using Live Chat Support for more time-sensitive questions or issues, typically related to a live event.

exclamation-circle-45px.png If you are in a live event and need to reach out to Radancy Support, open your Hiring Events Admin in a new tab or window to access Live Chat Support. You do not need to exit your event.

 

Log in and click the Speech Bubble at the bottom of the screen.

Next, provide the requested information including Name, Email Address, and Participation Type. If you have previously chatted with Radancy Support, your information may be auto-filled, and you'll see the history of your previous support conversations.

Once you've provided your information, you'll be connected immediately with a Radancy support agent who'll be happy to help you with platform-related questions and troubleshooting.

For non-urgent questions, you can also submit a help request.
