Group Video and Webinars Video Broadcasts are powerful ways to engage during events and ensure personal, meaningful connections.
You can share a PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation during your live video with screen sharing in Safari. Dual monitors allow you to display the slides on one screen for the participants to view while reading your presenter’s notes on the other monitor.
Remember to enable screen sharing as well as camera and microphone access on your Mac before starting a live video.

Sharing a PowerPoint Presentation
Presenter window on a single monitor
- Open your presentation in PowerPoint. Then, click the Slide Show tab.
- Click Set Up Slide Show.
- Under Show type, select Browsed by an individual (window), then click OK.
- Open your Hiring Event booth in Safari, then click the Share Screen button.
- Allow Safari to observe your screen. The audience will begin seeing your screen.
- Switch back to PowerPoint, then click Play from Start or Play from Current Slide to open the presentation window and give your presentation.
- Escape the presentation window when you are finished, and return to your Hiring Event booth in Safari.
- Click the Stop Sharing button.
Presenter View on Dual monitors
- Open your PowerPoint presentation on the screen you wish to share. Then, click the Slide Show tab.
- Open your Hiring Event booth in Safari, then click the Share Screen button.
- Allow Safari to observe your screen. This displays the screen containing the Radancy Safari window.
- Switch back to PowerPoint, then click Presenter View to give your presentation.
- If the presentation opens on the wrong screen, click Swap Displays.
- If the presentation opens on the wrong screen, click Swap Displays.
- Click End Show in PowerPoint to exit Presenter Mode.
- Return to your Hiring Event booth in Safari, and click the Stop Sharing button.
Sharing a Google Slides Presentation
- Open your Google Slides presentation in a separate window or tab.
- Open your Hiring Event booth in Safari, then click the Share Screen button.
- Allow Safari to observe your screen. This will display the screen containing the Radancy Safari window.
- Switch back to Google Slides, and click Slideshow to begin your presentation.
- Escape the fullscreen mode when you finish your presentation. Return to your Hiring Event booth in Safari, and click the Stop Sharing button.
Sharing a Video During Your Presentation
When sharing a video using Safari, any audio in your presentation can only be delivered through your computer's microphone as it hears the video play. This affects the sound clarity for your audience. For the best audio experience when sharing a video during a presentation, we recommend that you use Google Chrome to share a tab.
