Overview
Booth Owners and Account Admins can add multiple representatives to a booth at one time using a CSV file.
Bulk importing representatives can help reduce manual entry for large event teams, recurring events, and booths that require multiple representatives.
Before You Begin
- Required fields: Email, First Name, Last Name
- Optional columns can be omitted
- Existing representatives are skipped
- Unsupported columns are ignored
Optional fields:
- Open Scheduling
- Available Now
- Check-In
Supported Booth Types
Available for:
- 1:1 Text
- 1:1 Text Audio & Video
- In-Person Event (IPE)
Unavailable for:
- Host
- Presenter
- Broadcast

Import Representatives
- Open the event booth
- Select Representatives

Select Bulk Import

Select Choose File and upload the CSV
- Select Next
Review Import Results
The preview shows:
- Total records reviewed
- Records to be imported or skipped
- Validation results
Common skip reasons:
- Already assigned
- Duplicate entry
- Missing required fields
- Invalid formatting
Complete the Import
- Review the summary
- Select Import
Representatives are added immediately.
Invitation Emails
New representatives receive an invitation email with registration instructions.
