The Participants Report is available from the Select a report dropdown on the Account Reports page. This report allows you to generate a downloadable ZIP file containing participant data across multiple events within a selected date range.
Each report includes one CSV file per event that overlaps with your chosen date range. The structure and data in each CSV match the existing per-event Participants Report format.
What the report includes
Each generated ZIP file contains individual CSV files, with one file per event. Each CSV includes:
- Participant registration details
- Responses to registration questions
- Knockout question results
- Tracking link data
The report includes all registrant statuses, including:
- Attended
- Registered but did not attend
- Knocked out
- Waitlisted
- Signed up but did not complete registration
Additional behaviors:
- Events with no registrants will still generate a CSV file containing column headers only
- The existing Registrant Report is not affected by this feature.
If no events fall within the selected date range, the following message is displayed:
There are no events in this date range.
