Overview
Account Admins can bulk import booth owners into Hiring Events using a CSV file. Booth owners can be imported into a single booth or multiple booths at the same time.
Import Booth Owners from Booth Settings
Before importing booth owners, ensure the CSV file includes the required booth owner information.
To import booth owners from Booth Settings:
- Open the booth settings.
- Select Bulk Import.
- Upload or drag and drop the CSV file.
- Review the import details.
- Select Import.
Import Booth Owners from Booth Owner View
You can also bulk import booth owners from the Booth Owner View by selecting Add Additional Booth Owner.
Import Booth Owners into Multiple Booths
Account Admins can import the same booth owners into multiple booths at the same time from the Booth Owner View.
To import booth owners into multiple booths:
- Select the booths you want to update.
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select Bulk Upload.
- Upload the CSV file containing the booth owner information.
- Review the import details.
- Select Import to complete the upload.
Once completed, the imported booth owners will be added to each selected booth.
