Adding a Hiring Event to Your Career Site Events Hub

Your career site Events Hub serves as a central location for all upcoming hiring events. Visitors can browse, filter, and register for events directly from this page. This feature is available to customers who have a Radancy Career Site.

Follow the steps below to: 

Step 1: Create a New Event

When creating a new event in the Hiring Events tool, you’ll see an option to Generate Career Site Landing Page.

  • Check this box.

  • Select your Career Site Domain from the dropdown list.

Once saved, this will allow you to build and publish a landing page for your event.

Step 2: Build the Event Landing Page

After saving your event settings:

  1. Navigate to the Landing Page tab within your event.

  2. Under Landing Page Type, select Career Sites Landing Page.

    • This option is optimized for your new Events Hub and is the recommended choice.

  3. Select your Career Site Domain again from the dropdown, then click Save.

Step 3: Add Event Content

  1. Go to the Landing Page – Content tab.

  2. Upload a logo for your event

  3. Below the logo, you’ll see default placeholder text in the content area. Highlight and delete this text, then replace it with your event-specific content.

    • Please note, if your selected template already includes content, it will automatically pre-populate here.

  4. Use the text styling toolbar to format your content as needed.

  5. When finished, click Save to preserve your changes.

Step 4: Publish to the Events Hub

  1. Return to the Event Home tab.

  2. Scroll to the Enable Hub Page Marketing option and check the box.

    • This step publishes your event’s landing page to your career site Events Hub.

  3. Click Save once more to confirm your changes.

Removing an Event from the Hub

  1. From your Account Home page, locate the event you would like to remove from the hub and select it. 

    • Please note, if the event has not yet occurred, you will find it under "Upcoming", if the event has concluded, you will find it under "Previous."

  2. Inside the event, scroll to the Enable Hub Page Marketing option and uncheck the box.

    • This step unpublishes your event’s landing page from your career site Events Hub.

  3. Click Save once more to confirm your changes.
