Welcome! This article is a brief primer on attending Radancy virtual events. Watch our Candidate QuickStart video above for an overview, read all of the below instructions, and explore all of our support articles for attendees in this Help Center.

 

Register for Your Event

Register for Your Event

The event link you found or were provided leads to the event's landing page. From here, click REGISTER or REGISTER NOW.

Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and, if requested, a Password to create your account, or log in using Single Sign-On (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google).

After that, you'll get an email asking you to click a link to confirm your account. Please complete this verification as soon as possible.

Some events may have Passwordless Login. In that case, enter name + email and use the magic link sent to your email.

Next, complete the event Registration Form. Each event has a unique form, so you must submit new information for every event you attend.

The information is saved to your profile and shared with representatives to save time during the event.

Upload Your Resume & Other Documents

You may use desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone to upload documents.

On desktop: click Select File or Change File.

On mobile: you can take and upload up to four photos, or choose one file.

Supported file types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PNG.

Access & Explore the Event

Log in to the Event

Use any device & an up‑to‑date browser, via your Event URL or the Login button in your confirmation email.

Read this article to check technical requirements before attending.

Enter your registered email and password (or SSO). Forgot password? Click Forgot password?.

After logging in, click LOG IN to access the Event Lobby.

Explore the Event Lobby

Inside the lobby you can explore booths, see schedules, and view content.

Content Only — multimedia booths.
Text Chat — 1‑on‑1 text chat.
Text/Video/Audio Chat — 1‑on‑1 live chats.
Group Video — group chat up to 9 people.
Live Video Broadcast — webinars/panels.
Open Networking — all types connect freely.

Some booths list assigned representatives you can meet with.

Use Search Booths to explore and enter booths. Click ENTER then CHAT for chats or group sessions.

Once connected, interact. Representatives may invite you to 1‑on‑1 chat. After chat, complete notes/rating, click Finish.

View past conversations under History anytime.

Attend a Live Video Broadcast

Join Live Video Broadcast booths for webinars/panels.

See the Broadcast Schedule in the lobby. You’ll also get reminders when they start.

Depending on settings, contribute in the Discussion Feed.

More on broadcasts

Leave a Drop-Off Note

Some booths let you submit a Drop‑Off Note (e.g. “Have questions?”).

Click the prompt, type your message, send. Reps receive it with your profile.
