When creating booths for your Hiring Event, it’s important to choose the setup that best supports your goals. Whether you're hosting live conversations, broadcasting a webinar, or simply sharing content, each booth type offers unique features to help you connect with candidates effectively.
Below, you'll find a breakdown of the three main booth types Chat Booths, Webinar Booths, and Content Only Booths along with details on their capabilities and limitations.
- Chat and Text, Video & Audio Chat
- Allows candidates to connect directly with recruiters.
- Text Chat booths only support text-based communication.

Text, Audio & Video allows recruiters* to initiate audio
or

calls.
- *Only recruiters can start audio or video calls. Candidates cannot initiate.
- Chat booths cannot be converted to Webinar or Content Only booths — only to another Chat booth.

- Allows candidates to connect with each other.
- Text Chat booths support text-based communication only.

Audio & Video booths allow both participants to start video
or
audio chats.
- Either participant can initiate audio/video.
- Chat booths can only be converted to another Chat booth.

- Group video booths enable recruiters and candidates to interact via audio/video.

Group video booths support a max of 25 participants. Example:
- 1 recruiter = 24 candidates
- 5 recruiters = 20 candidates

- Webinar Booths
- Webinar booths allow hosts and presenters to present to an audience.

Only hosts/presenters can use audio, video, and screen share.
- Candidates can post comments in the discussion feed.
- Hosts can start/end, record, and share screens. Presenters can share but not start or record.

Webinar capacity depends on number of presenters:
- 1–4 = 8,000 participants
- 5–9 = 4,000 participants
- 10–16 = 2,000 participants

- Content Only Booths
- Used to share company info, highlight speakers, or provide event details.
- No live chat or interaction features available.
