Manage live chat availability in your event booths

As you build the booths for your event, there may be instances where live chat with a representative is not necessary or desired. To provide greater flexibility, you now have the option to disable the live chat feature within individual booths. This allows you to tailor the experience to your event needs while maintaining a consistent and professional presentation. 

You can easily enable or disable live chat at any time during the booth setup process, but please note that once your event is live, these settings can no longer be changed. 

How to disable live chat:

  1. Inside your event, go to BOOTHS  > Manage Booths and click on the individual booth settings

  2. Scroll down until you see the "Chat" area and check the box that says "Do not allow attendees to get in line for chats in this booth. At any time, you may uncheck this box to allow live chat within your booth.
