Control Center

When you log in to the Hiring Events Control Center, you can see details on all of your upcoming, live, and past events, register for or enter your events, and get live chat support.

 

Help & Profile

At the top of the Control Center, you'll find a link to our Help Center, and under your name is a link to edit your account Profile. Your Profile includes your First and Last Name, Email Address, and Time Zone. 

 

Events

All of the events you have been assigned to as a Representative for the current month are listed by default, and you can view one month in the past or future at a time.

The event's date, title, start and end times are displayed, as well as all of the booths for that event you are assigned to. 

If the event occured in the past, click the View History button to open the event and view your chat transcripts, ratings, and notes from the event, as well as search its registrants.

If the event is live or in the future, you will either have a Register button in order to fill out your Rep Profile, or if you've already registered, you can click Enter to enter the live event.

 

Chat Support

You can access 24/7 Live Chat Support by clicking the button at the bottom left corner of the Control Center. See the Live Chat with Support lesson in this course for more details.
