Virtual, In-Person & Hybrid Events

Virtual, In-Person & Hybrid (In-Person + Virtual) Events enable your teams to inform, connect, and engage with candidates at a specific date and time, both online and in-person.

You can fully configure your virtual or companion event site and booths to match your or an exhibitor's brand, provide information and resources, and broadcast live video presentations to event attendees.

Representatives can connect with candidates one-on-one through video, audio, or text chat during virtual events in booths, invite them to individual preset time slots with Scheduled Chat, or highlight engaging content with Content Only booths. And, Group Video booths add another unique option for engagement.

 

Microsites

Microsites (or Virtual Engagement Centers/VECs) are designed to attract inbound job seekers to career page content or other use cases, such as an interview prep site. 
 
Microsites engage prospective candidates with relevant information and convert them into informed, engaged applicants.

Microsites enable you to attract passive talent, providing engagement opportunities similar to virtual events but in an always-on format that job seekers can interact with at any time.

After creating a Microsite, you can add custom content in the sidebar of your lobby and booths to provide additional resources, drive traffic to your website, or promote your upcoming Brazen events. You can also modify your Microsite's branding to align with your organization's brand guidelines.

 

Live Chat

Live Chat helps recruiting teams source, convert, engage, and hire more quality candidates by giving curious prospective candidates who would like to learn more the option to chat with a recruiter before they apply. Staffers using Live Chat receive email notifications when chats come in and can reply on their own time. And you can use pre-qualification questions for screening.

FAQ Concierge
