When you login to an event, you will first see the Attendee Lookup page where you search for registrants and if given permission, check them in. You may also filter registrants by name, check-in time, or by their answers to registration questions.
From the sidebar, you may enter the Online Lobby, view your connection history, edit your rep profile, or change your password.
If you have permission, the Attendee sign up pages where you can sign up any walk-in attendees.
You may be assigned to one or more In Person Connection Booths in your Hiring Events Lobby. These virtual booths help you track you connections with candidates, conversations, screenings, or interviews that take place in your event in person - before, during, or after the event.
Content only booths in your In-Person Online Lobby let your organization share useful or important information with candidates. Candidates can view content in In-Person Connection or Content Only booths at any time before, during, and after an event, and if enabled, may leave a drop-off note with any questions or comments.
