A Greeting is a message that you can set to kick off a text chat with an attendee. Snippets let you hover over any chat message and save it to your auto-response library to use in other chats.
You can only set Greetings or Snippets once an event is live, and you can store up to 20 snippets across all of your events as a Representative.
To save a Snippet during a chat, click once on the plus sign icon. To view your saved Snippets and select one, go to your Snippets library at the bottom of the screen and click the gray Chat icon.
If you’d like to make the same statement or ask the same question to every candidate upon connecting with them, during your first chat, click Edit next to Greetings on your Chats panel.
Use placeholders to personalize your greeting. Now, every attendee that you’re connected with during this event will get an automatic greeting personalized to them.
