I haven't received an email about how to log in for my event. Where is it?

Your Hiring Events Administrator/event host must first assign you as a Representative to a booth in an event in order for you to receive an email. 

First, check to see if they are being directed to your spam folder.

Why don't I have a "Chat button"?

The green Chat button will only appear in your booth once an event begins. Make sure you have set your Chat availability toggle in the control panel to "Available." 

If you are a Booth Owner for an event, you must assign yourself as a Representative in a booth before you can chat with attendees.
