Candidate-Initiated Check In

Kiosk Mode

Setting up a kiosk now requires completing an authorization workflow to ensure the Kiosk’s self-check-in functionality is controlled by event staff. Account Admins, Booth Owners, and Representatives are eligible to complete the workflow by submitting their email address into the Kiosk Set Up, receiving an authorization code, and submitting it to finish the Kiosk setup process. Multiple Kiosks can be set up for an event, however the authorization code received for a Kiosk must be used for that particular Kiosk. For this reason, it is recommended that each Kiosk be set up one at a time to avoid confusing which authorization code email is related to which kiosk setup process.

Please note:
● Codes are valid for 15 minutes and/or after 5 failed attempts on the device that initiated the authorization code.

Receive this QR code from your event Administrator that links to the Personal Device Check-in URL for your in-person event. This code can be printed or added to a poster or display that candidates can scan with their personal devices for registration and/or check-in.
