Why am I not being connected to chat with a both Representative?
If you see a Representative available to chat in the booth but are not being connected to chat, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- You have already chatted with the Representative and cannot connect with that person again.
- All available Representatives are currently chatting with someone else.

How do I add or change my resume after I register for an event?
- Not all events require that you upload a resume. If you were asked for a resume or other document or would like to provide one after registration, you can update or add it to your Event Registration before or during the event using any of your devices, as well as after the event if it is in-person and the event host permits.
