How do I add & edit a booth?
  • The only piece of information required to create your booth is a booth title. From this screen, you can add additional information like a booth logo, booth owner, and your organization's social information. If you don't have that information immediately available, you can always return to this settings screen later. Once your booth has been created, we recommend updating booth settings, adding content, and representatives (if applicable).

How do I manage and delete registrants?
  • Radancy Administrators have the ability to change the peer group of and delete event registrants. You can view the list of registrants for your event in the Registrants page of the Radancy Control Center.

How do I turn a past event into a template?
  • Templates are a simple yet powerful way to edit and manage event settings and content. A template includes all of the base settings to build an event, including a landing screen design, registration forms, booths, assigned representatives, and more. Templates do not have start times and time zones; those are added when the event or series is created.
