How do I change my password?
  • You must change your password from within an event, even if you are using the Radancy Control Center. You can reset a forgotten password through the Login page for both an event and the Radancy Control Center.

How do I unregister from an event or delete my account?
  • There is no action necessary if you are unable to attend an event for any reason. Not attending an event will not affect your ability to attend future events on our platform. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please submit a help request.

Can I access events using a mobile device or tablet?
  • Absolutely! You do not need to download any apps to attend a Hiring Event on a mobile device or tablet. All you need is a strong internet connection and one of our supported browsers.
