As a Radancy Administrator, you can add Pre-Qualifying Questions to ensure that your team chats with the most qualified candidates during your events.
Pre-qualification occurs after someone signs up for an event but before they complete registration. They are not permitted to register and attend the event if they do not meet the necessary qualifications.
When someone fails a pre-qualification question, they are presented with a customizable message similar to the one shown below, letting them know that only qualified candidates may register.
There can be a delay between adding pre-qualifying questions to an event and candidates seeing the questions during registration. |
To add pre-qualifying questions:
- From your Event Home, select the Registration tab, then Pre-Qualification Settings.
While you set Pre-qualifying questions through Event Home within an individual event, questions are saved at the account level and are shared across all of your events. See below for instructions on how to add or remove a question from an individual event. - Check the Qualified Only box.
- Edit the Not Qualified Message if desired.
- Click Add, and select New for a brand new question, or Existing to reuse a previously added one in this event.
- For a new question, enter your Question and two Responses.
- Indicate the Desired Response, and Save.
To edit a question, or to remove it from an individual event, return to the Pre-Qualification Settings page. When you edit a question, any changes will appear on all events in your account that it is attached to.
Click the View Results link to view who failed your questions and who passed and completed registration. Names and emails of those who failed your questions are also shown in your Contacts Report.
To learn how to reset and qualify someone who has failed one or more of the pre-qualification questions you have enabled for your events, see this article.
