Within the Assistant, your upcoming events and series display in chronological order by default when a candidate clicks View Online Events.
When creating a new event or series, you can choose to feature it or prevent it from being displayed in the Assistant. Featuring an event gives it prominent placement and marks it with a banner.
You can feature or hide events from either the Career Site or Job Req Assistant, or both, by selecting the appropriate options from the Promoting in Assistant section.
To feature or hide an already created event:
- From your Account Home, select Settings in the sidebar.
- Select General Assistant Settings, then the Events and Series tab.

Your upcoming events and series are divided into their own sections. Click the three-dot [..] Action menu next to a listing, and make your selection.
| Test Series are automatically excluded from being promoted within your Career Site or Job Req Assistant, but you may override this if you like for testing or demo purposes. All events within a Test Series are considered Test Events. |
