Hiring Events store your chat history so you can revisit your past chats to help you remember key details as you move through the hiring process. Your chat history is saved in the specific online event where the chat took place and accessible for up to 18 months after the event.
You can see who you chatted with during the event, the rating you gave the chat, and any final thoughts you wrote to the Representative after the chat ended on the the event's History page. The chat record gives you an overview of the booth and the Representative, as well as the chat transcript.
Follow the Event URL to access the event Landing Page and login to the event. Or, locate the confirmation email you received for the event and click the Login button to login to the event.
Enter the email address you used to register and your password. If you registered with Single-Sign On, you can login by clicking your SSO method. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password? and follow the instructions to reset it.
Once inside the event Lobby, click the History icon in the sidebar to access the History page. The History page shows all the online chats that you participated in when this event was live.
Click on a chat to open the chat record. At the top of the chat record is the Representative's profile picture, name, title, and location as a reminder for you.
By default, the chat record opens to the Overview tab which contains the information below.
- Ratings and Notes — Read and edit your rating for the chat as well as any notes you entered.
- About this booth — The booth's summary so you can remember the information or position discussed in the booth.
- Summary — Further information about the Representative you chatted with. This section only appears if the Representative provided a summary in their Representative profile.
The Transcript tab contains Chat Details like the booth name, time and date the chat took place, chat duration, and the reason the chat ended. You can access a complete transcript of the text chat to review exact details discussed.
The smartQueue tab appears if you answered questions when you got in line to chat in the booth. This tab contains any question you answered as well as your answer.
