Use Knockout Questions to screen job seekers and ensure your recruiters are connecting only with those that are specifically qualified before entering a chat in QuickChat.
Both Administrators and Recruiters can create knockout questions, however, they are added by different mechanisms. Additionally, questions added by Administrators have an "Admin Enabled" label, and Recruiters cannot edit or remove that question from the job.
Add or Edit Knockout Questions
To add a knockout question:
-
From your Account Home, select Settings in the sidebar.
-
Select Job Req Assistant, and choose the Quickchat Knockout Questions tab.
-
Click the Add button, and select New.
Add your question and answers. All questions can have two possible responses, each with a different outcome. Only job seekers who select the indicated desired response are allowed to chat with the assigned recruiter.
By default, new knockout questions are applied to all jobs. You can instead specify that a question only appears for jobs in specific location or categories, or ones that are managed by specific recruiters.
Enter a value, then click +Add to restrict the question to that value. For example, to only show the question on jobs in certain locations, enter characters from one of your locations to show available selections, select it, then click +Add. Then, repeat the process to add more. Be sure to save when you're finished.
To edit a question, its answers or its restrictions at any time, click Edit on its tile on the Quickchat Knockout Questions tab. From this tile, you can also view the Knockout rate.
Add an Existing Question to a Job
You can add an existing knockout question you've added previously to a job.
Click the Add button on the Quickchat Knockout Questions tab, then select Existing.
Then, select the plus sign (+) next to the question you wish to add. Make any changes as needed, then click Add to Jobs.
Any changes made to a knockout question are applied to all jobs that question is added to. |
