You can create a Test Event or Test Series for demo or team training purposes. When you’re ready to create your live event or series, you can use this test as a Template.
Test Events and Test Series are not reflected in account-level reports, but you can download their event-level reports.
To create a Test Event or Test Series:
- From your Account Home, click New Event or New Series.
- Then, under Event Purpose, select "Test."
- Once your event is saved, “Test Event” or "Test Series" is appended to the Title wherever it is displayed.
| You are required to select an Event Purpose when creating any new event or series, and you cannot change this selection once it is saved. |
Test Series are excluded from being promoted within your Career Site or Job Req Assistant, but you may override this if you like for testing or demo purposes. All events within a Test Series are considered Test Events.
