Manage Representative Limits

Representative Limits allow Radancy Administrators to limit how many Representatives a Booth Owner can assign to a specific booth. You can apply Representative Limits to any booth that allows Representative assignments, no matter the event type, and edit that limit as needed. This gives the event host greater control over event staffing and helps Booth Owners manage Representative assignment expectations.

Booth Owners see the maximum number of Representatives on the booth's Representatives page. When the total assigned Representatives reaches the designated limit, Booth Owners no longer have the ability to add additional Representatives. They must remove an assigned Representative before adding a new one.

To edit these limits:

  1. From your Event Home, select Booths in the sidebar.
  2. Then, click Booth Owners.
  3. Click the meatball [ baseline_more_vert_black_24dp.png ] menu for the desired booth, and select Edit Representative Limit.
    • Or, click the value under the Rep Limit column to open the edit window.

  5. Click Save

The Administrator must contact the Booth Owner to discuss removing those Representatives. It does not affect the Representative experience if the number of assigned Representatives exceeds the new Representative Limit when the live event starts.
