How do I change or reset my password?

You must change your password from within an event, even if you are using the Hiring Events Admin. You can reset a forgotten password through the Login page for both an event and the Hiring Events Admin.

If you wish to delete your account entirely, please submit a help request

If you registered for an event and decided not to attend, you do not need to unregister.

 

To change your password from within an event:

  1. Log in to the event using the event URL.
  2. Click Edit Password in the event control panel.

  3. Enter your Current Password in the field.
  4. Enter a New Password in the field, then enter your password again in the Confirm Password field. 
  5. Click Save.

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Navigate to the event URL and click Login.
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter your email address, then click Continue. Radancy will automatically send an email with a link to reset your password.
  4. Click the link found in the email to open the Set Password page.
  5. Enter a New Password in the field, then enter your password again in the Confirm Password field.
  6. Click Save.

Or, reset your password from the Hiring Events Admin at app.brazenconnect.com.

  1. Click Forgot password?
