Representatives who have been granted permission by their Radancy Administrator can easily check in pre-registered candidates or Representatives and walk-in attendees, to In-Person Events using Attendee Lookup and Attendee Signup. Checking in candidates generates attendance data which is reflected in post-event reporting.

Candidate Driven Check-In/Registration Process
Check in/Register using a personal device
When Self Check-In is enabled by your platform administrator, an attendee can register and check in to your event by using their own smartphone or other personal device by scanning a QR Code that will direct them to the Personal Device Check-In URL.
If an attendee has pre-registered for your event, the QR code will simply check them in to your event.
If an attendee has not pre registered, the QR code will prompt them to register first, and then it will check them in upon a successful registration.
Attendees can upload files or images to their registration form using their devices if needed.
Check-In Using Kiosk Mode
Kiosk Mode is intended for use on publicly accessible devices (e.g., iPads or laptops) and follows the same workflow steps as with Personal Device Check-In.
However, when the end of the Kiosk Mode workflow is reached, the confirmation page automatically refreshes after 10 seconds and then returns to the beginning of the workflow. To return to the beginning of the workflow faster, users can click the Start next check-in button.
To help walk-ins create a Radancy Hiring Events account, any Representative that has been granted permission as above will see the Attendee Signup page link in their event navigation.

Once Offline Mode is enabled by your platform administrator, the kiosk continues to function even without internet, capturing candidate check-ins and walk-in registrations during in-person events. Manually Register Walk-In Candidates
To register a walk-in, enter their Name and Email Address. If the email provided matches an existing Radancy account, their name will automatically populate. However, if the email address matches an account that is already signed up for the event, an alert will display instead. If that happens, the representative should search for the attendee within the Attendee Lookup tool instead.
At the bottom of the walk-in registration form, there is a check-in toggle as well, where you can elect to check in the attendee during registration.
After the signup is completed, the walk-in will receive an email for their new Radancy account. They are automatically associated with your event and will appear in Attendee Lookup as a signed-up attendee if not already checked in during registration.
Representatives assigned to a booth but not previously signed up for the event can be located using the Attendee Signup form. |
Registration
Walk-ins and Representatives may fill out their respective registration forms for the event after completing the Attendee Signup form.
If enabled by your Radancy Administrator, a candidate's registration may be updated or even added after an event has concluded.
All required fields must be completed when using this tool. The only field that can be bypassed regardless of the requirement annotation is the Resume Upload field.
You may use your device's camera to capture and upload images for the Profile Picture, Resume, or other document field, even images taken during walk-in registration.
Manually Check-In Candidates (via Attendee Lookup tab)
At your live event, Representatives can easily check in pre-registered candidates and other registered Representatives with Attendee Lookup.
1. Search for an attendee by First Name, Last Name, or Email.
2. Click on a result listing to see the Candidate Profile or Rep Profile.
3. Click the Check-In button to check the attendee in. If needed, you can click Undo Check-In.
Filter & Sort Registrants
You may filter registrants in Attendee Lookup by their answers to registration form questions.
When filtering on registration form questions and answers, Representatives are removed from the result list. These registration questions only apply to candidate registrations. |
Click Sort to choose to sort your results by Last Name or Check-In Timestamp. By default, attendee results are sorted alphabetically by Last Name (A to Z).
