You can use the Candidate Engagement Hub (or CEH) to review candidate profile information. The CEH gathers all of your candidates and your interactions with them in one place, whether they came from a Hiring Event, QuickChat, or a Virtual Engagement Center(or VEC).
The CEH Candidates page allows you to view candidates who have engaged with your organization. By clicking on the candidate's name, you can open their Candidate Profile. This shows the candidate's Overview, Activity, Hiring Event Registration, and past Chats with you.
CEH is not yet available to everyone. If you want to learn more, please contact your Radancy Account Manager. |

Select Your Organization
The Candidates page, All candidates, Event candidates, and My candidates only show candidates from one organization at a time. If your user account is linked to multiple organizations in Radancy, you can view candidate information from another organization by using the Select Account dropdown menu in the upper right corner.
The Select Account dropdown only appears if your user account is linked to multiple organizations. |
Access a Candidate's Profile
On the Candidates page, whether viewing My candidates, Event candidates or All candidates, click the candidate's name to open their candidate profile.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab is shown by default when you open the Candidate Profile.
The Candidate Info section contains the candidate's profile picture (if provided), name, and contact information.
The Engagements section lists all engagements with your organization, including signups, registrations, booth entries, and chats.
If the candidate chatted with you in a Hiring Event, the engagement shows the name of the event and Your Rating for the candidate. If they attended one of your organization's Hiring Events but did not chat with you, the engagement shows the name of the event and the Highest Rating received from one of your organization's Representatives at the event.
If you send the candidate a scheduled chat invitation for an upcoming event, the engagement shows a status of Registered or Signed Up. The scheduled chat invitation displays the status of the invitation: Pending, Accepted, Declined, Canceled. You can cancel or reschedule the invitation before the event if necessary.
If the candidate chatted in your organization's VEC or QuickChat, the engagement shows the VEC's name or job title and the booth name, as well as the date the chat began. A VEC or QuickChat engagement also shows one of the statuses listed below.
- In Progress — A chat is currently in progress with you or another Representative in your organization.
- Not Rated — The chat has ended, but not finished. A chat is not considered finished until the Representative has rated the chat and clicked Finished.
- Your Rating — The rating you gave the finished chat with the candidate.
- Finished — The candidate finished a chat with another Representative in your organization. VEC chats or QuickChats conducted by other Representatives do not show that Representative's rating.
Activity Tab
The Activity tab lists the candidate's activity across all of your organization's Hiring Events, QuickChat conversations, and VEC chats. Each action counts as a new activity.
Actions include:
- Event Signups
- Event Registrations
- Event Entries
- Event Booth Visits
- Event Booth Chats
- Scheduled Chats
- QuickChats
- VEC Chats
Scheduled Chats have a green icon next to the activity's title to differentiate them from other types of chats. |
Activities are shown in chronological order; however, you can sort the list by Date. You can filter the activity table by clicking the pyramid icon and choosing a specific Hiring Event or VEC.
Registrations Tab
The Registrations tab provides access to the candidate's Hiring Event registration form answers and resume if provided by the candidate.
Only resumes uploaded as an embedded document in an event appear in the Candidate Profile. Resumes uploaded through QuickChats or VEC Chats or as a regular uploaded file do not appear in the Resume column or Registrations tab. You can quickly access a Candidate Profile resume by clicking the Resume icon in the candidates table in All candidates or My candidates. To access resumes uploaded in a VEC Chat or QuickChat, you must go to your History page and view details of your chat. |
The information for the most recent event shows by default. Use the dropdown menu to select another event hosted by your organization that the candidate registered for or previously attended.
Communication Tab
The Communication tab lists all connections or communications you have had with the candidate in Hiring Event booths, QuickChats, or VEC Chat booths; however, you may not see these types of connections between the candidate and other Representatives at your organization.
If granted access, you will also see all email-type communications sent to the candidate by any users from your organization under the Communication tab.
These are email communications sent through CEH, the Hiring Events Admin, or your organization's events, including:
- Send Custom Email
- Forward Candidate
- Schedule Follow-up
- Invite to Booth
- Invite to Schedule a Chat
- Cancel Scheduled Chat
- Reassign Scheduled Chat
- Reschedule Scheduled Chat
The content of each email sent to the candidate, including the Subject, is unavailable and can not be viewed by any user. |
Depending on the type of communication, each connection lists the date and time it started; the Event Title, QuickChat Job, or VEC it is associated with; the Booth Title; the Rep; or the From: Rep and Email Type.
Connections are listed in chronological order; however, you can also sort the list by date by clicking the arrow next to the Communication column.
For chat-type communications, click the date and time of the chat to view its details and transcript. The chat transcript includes the Next Steps and Notes you made when you finished the chat.
