IMPROVEMENTS TO EXISTING FEATURES

Improvement for A/V Settings

Event attendees using A/V for 1:1 chats, Group Video, or Webinars can now view and change the audio output device selected. This is also available for VEC Chat conversations using A/V capabilities. Note that this is available for Chrome and Edge on desktop only at this time.

New "Remote" option for Booth Tags

Admins and Booth Owners can now add a “Remote” location for booth tags. This option is available for both the Location (US and Canada) and Location (International) booth tag categories.

Jobs Table Configurability

Admins utilizing the Jobs functionality within Hiring Events Admin can now configure the Jobs table’s column sequence and control whether columns are visible or hidden. Three columns are now available to make visible: 

  1. Employer
  2. In Upcoming Event?
  3. Sent to Talroo? 

Improved Activity Logging for Webinars Booths

Additional Admin and Booth Owner actions taken to modify role assignments for Webinars booths will now be reflected within the Event’s Activity Log.

Improved VEC Branding Options

Admins and Booth Owners can now modify the default greeting text shown in VEC Chat tabs. 

Content Block titles are now optional

For both Event and VECs, Admins are no longer required to provide a title when adding a Content Block to their Event or VEC. Admins can utilize the WYSIWYG content editor to add a title with additional styling options that the optional title field would not offer. 

RESOLVED ISSUES

  • Resolved an issue where Registration Field Rules that use a Text Field as a triggering field could sometimes prevent attendees from loading the Registration screen. 
  • Resolved an issue where Admins were unable to successfully set their Account page as their home screen. 
  • Resolved an issue where Booth Assignment Instruction emails failed to send when special characters were present in the title of the user’s booth.
