You can see which recruiters are currently assigned to your jobs and manage their assignments manually, have your recruiters choose jobs through the Jobs page on the Candidate Engagement Hub, or automatically assign them.
Manage Recruiters & Jobs
To manage recruiters and their assignments manually:
- From your Account Home, select Jobs in the sidebar.
- Click the checkboxes next to the specific jobs you want to manage.
- Select the meatball menu at the top of the results listing.
- Then, select Manage recruiters.
You can then assign and unassign recruiters to jobs as needed from the Manage Recruiters window. The checkbox to the left of each recruiter’s name tells you if they are assigned to all, some, or none of the jobs you selected.
- A check mark means that the recruiter is currently assigned to all the jobs you selected.
- A blank box means they are currently not assigned to any of the jobs you selected.
- A half-checked box means they are assigned to some but not all of the jobs you selected.
Listed next to each recruiter's name is a count of how many of those jobs they are assigned to.
While you can assign or unassign a recruiter to jobs by checking or unchecking a half-checked box or blank box, you cannot return any boxes to a half-checked state. In that case, you need to Cancel and restart your assignments. |
Be sure to save your changes. You can use this same process to manage recruiters for a single job rather than multiple jobs.
Unassigning recruiters via this method does not override a recruiter assignment made by a job feed import. |
Auto-Assign Recruiters to Jobs
Instead of manually assigning recruiters, you can automatically assign them to job reqs through your job feed import.
When a recruiter’s email address or full name is associated with a job in your feed, QuickChat is automatically enabled, and the job appears under My Jobs in the Candidate Engagement Hub (CEH). Candidates viewing that job req can be immediately connected with the recruiter to chat, or prompted to leave them a message if marked away.
When you update your job feed and remove a recruiter’s information from a specific job, it is removed from that recruiter’s My Jobs list on the Jobs page in CEH. If the recruiter manually claimed that job before their information was removed from the feed, the job remains in their list until manually removed.
While using the recruiter email address is the preferred way to auto-assign, you can instead use their first and last name. If you happen to have two recruiters with the same full name, jobs would not be automatically assigned to either, and would need to be manually claimed by each recruiter.
In order for a recruiter to be assigned to a job automatically through a job feed, the need to be designated as a Recruiter under Users, which is listed in the sidebar of your Account Home. |
Recruiters can always find jobs in their All Jobs list and manually add them to their My Jobs tab. They can also remove any job, regardless of whether that job was assigned to them manually or through the feed.
Always make sure your job feed follows the Radancy Job Feed Schema and includes the recruiter’s email address or first and last name for their job reqs.
