A Representative is a participant who represents a group, company, school district, university, or organization, who is responsible for connecting with attendees during an event. The Representative will receive an email notification, once they are added as a Representative by the event host or Booth Owner, and for virtual events, be required to log in prior to the event start time in order to connect with candidates/attendees.
The invitation email will look like the image shown below:
Please use the link provided in your invite to set up your profile and add a profile picture. This gives a personal candidate experience and shows attendees that they are connecting to a real person who represents the event host. Your personalized profile information will be visible to the right of the chat while the candidate is chatting with you.
Note: To view a list of all events that you are assigned as the designated rep, you may bookmark this link for future reference: app.brazenconnect.com/cc
The Representative's role has elevated permissions, such as the ability to follow-up with candidates who attended the virtual event, as well as the ability to block participants from chatting with other Representatives in the booth. As a Representative, you are permitted to engage in more than one chat at time by navigating to the Manage Your Chats tab, while non-representatives are limited to one chat within the booth.
Representatives must be assigned to a specific booth within the Hiring Events Admin, before they can register and actively participate in an event. Each Representative will be visible to attendees when they enter a booth during the event, as shown in the above image.
Once you enter the Lobby, after completing your profile. you will be brought directly to the page where all booths for the event are housed. Your booth will state Your Booth at the top of the image. Please take a look below and notice the blue bubble top left of the Meet the ACME team booth.
Note: If you don't see Representative under your name at the top left, this indicates you have logged in as a candidate. Please log out and log in using your organization email. You may contact support directly at repsupport@radancy.com for assistance.
