Candidate Engagement Hub - Early access for selected accounts only!
The CEH space brings all your Radancy candidates together in one view. Whether you engage with the candidate via our virtual event platform or QuickChat, you can access the list of all your candidates in one place. Convenient follow-up actions can be taken directly from that view without the need to go into each event to find candidates. You will also have access to the entire candidate profile, which reflects the candidate's journey within Radancy and gives you a clear overview of candidate engagement across multiple interactions.
During our Early Access Program only selected accounts will have access to that functionality. The goal is to gather customer feedback and pilot the feature before the main launch.
Content Only Booths
Content Only booths are a new booth type that are now available in all event types. Content Only booths are a great fit for events where information should be made available to attendees without the option to hold chats. These booths are not staffed by Representatives and do not offer the option to start a chat conversation. The Drop-Off Note feature can be enabled within Content Only booths allowing event attendees the opportunity to submit questions or express interest in a booth. Data around attendee engagement with Content Only booths is now reflected in the Booth Engagement report, providing you greater visibility into the level of engagement your Content Only booths are receiving in your Hiring Events!
Audio/Video Settings
Users on Radancy's event platform can now feel empowered to check their audio and video settings on demand. All of our audio/video booths will now include a video settings control allowing users to test their connectivity and select the appropriate microphone and/or camera devices for use in the event. These enhancements ensure participants have immediate access to tools for troubleshooting, access to devices used or detected in order to use Radancy's application, and copy setting information to the technical support team in the situation that self troubleshooting fails.
IMPROVEMENTS TO EXISTING FEATURES
Drop-Off Note
The Drop-Off Note feature has been updated to provide you greater control over the language displayed within each booth. This feature will now display within the People, Content, and Discussion Feed tabs to provide better visibility to event attendees.
Booth Owners Management Page
The Booth Owners page is designed for Radancy Administrators to manage Booth Owners, reports, and booth Representative limits in a central location. The page now includes a bulk action to allow Admins to conduct actions in a more purposeful manner. The bulk action only pertains to editing report permissions for Booth Owners.
