You can create and edit a Virtual Engagement Center (or VEC) in the Hiring Events Admin, if enabled for your account. The VEC is designed to attract inbound job seekers to your career page content, engage them with relevant information, and convert them to become informed, engaged applicants.
A VEC enables you to attract passive talent, providing engagement opportunities similar to virtual events, but in an always-on format that job seekers can interact with at any time.
After creating a VEC you can add custom content in the sidebar of your lobby and booths. Here, you can provide additional resources, drive traffic to your website, or promote your upcoming Hiring Events. You can also modify your VEC's branding to align with your organization's brand guidelines.

Select your Background Color for the navigation menu, then select your Accent Color.
Give your Header a Title. You can set the header's font family, color, and font size in the text editor. Select Use same header for mobile layout to set a single header for both desktop and mobile devices. Using a large font or long title in the header may not display neatly on mobile devices, so, you may want to create a different header for mobile view.
Upload a Logo and Banner image to display in your VEC. The banner dimensions are set to 1920x495px. Any image uploaded as a banner is automatically converted to these dimensions.
Decide whether to show the illustrations in the chat tab of your VEC Chat Booths and if you want your Lobby to show the Search Booth and Booth Filter options. We recommend enabling the filter options if you have a large number of booths so candidates can quickly find the information they need.
Don't forget to Save your branding settings.
