- Services that we provide to you when you create an account to use our events services, including as a user of a Customer using our services (a “Customer Organization”);
- Your participation in events that we host with Customer Organizations acting as the event sponsor (“Event Sponsoring Organizations”) through the websites and apps, https://app.brazenconnect.com and support.brazenconnect.com (“Events”);
- Email, text, and other electronic messages between you and our Services.
- HTML-formatted email messages that we send to you that link to this Privacy Notice or other communications with you;
- Our social media pages, including, but not limited to, our LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram accounts (collectively, our “Social Media Pages”); and
- Offline business interactions you have with us.
Collectively, we refer to the services, Events, Social Media Pages, emails and offline business interactions as the “Services.”
The Customer Organization or Event Sponsoring Organization’s use of the Personal Information that we collect through these Services is subject to their own privacy practices. This privacy notice only governs our collection and use of your Personal Information while you use our Services and the features and functionality made available to you on or through our Services, including to configure, setup, view, run, and participate in events. You should review the applicable Customer Organization’s or Event Sponsoring Organization’s privacy policy for more information about their privacy practices.
This Privacy Notice does not apply to information collected by:
- Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Brazen or any third-party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), that do not link to this Privacy Notice; or
- The Customer Organization or Event Sponsoring Organization.
This Privacy Notice also does not apply to information that we collect from our employees, job applicants, contractors or vendors. In addition, this Privacy Notice does not apply to information you provide in an employment application with one of our customers or if you have otherwise requested to receive information from one of our customers. If you would no longer like to be contacted by that customer, please contact the customer directly in accordance with their privacy policy.
Personal Information
“Personal Information” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. The Services collect Personal Information, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Mailing address
- Telephone number
- Account number and password
- Username (including social media account username)
- Pictures of you that you upload
- Region-level location data derived from your IP address
- Records and copies of your correspondence, if you contact us
- Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes
- Your work history, relevant experience, current job title and company, and career plans (including information that may be contained in a resume, CV, or cover letter)

- To enable you to interact with other event participants.
- To maintain a record of the events in which you participate, including chat history.
- To transcribe and make available conversation history to the parties to a conversation.
- To send administrative information to you, such as changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
We do this to manage our contractual relationship with you and/or to comply with a legal obligation.

Collection of Other Information
We and our service providers may collect Other Information in a variety of ways, including:

- Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Mac), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version and the name and version of the Services you are using. Email Opt-Out Preferences

use of Services by MINORS
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 13.

If you maintain a password-protected account with us, we may verify your identity through our existing authentication practices for your account and require you to re-authenticate yourself before disclosing or deleting your Personal Information. If you make a request, we may ask you to confirm your request before we delete your Personal Information.
Authorized Agents
If you want to make a request as an authorized agent on behalf of a California resident, you may use the submission methods noted above. We will process the agent’s request consistent with applicable law. As part of our verification process, we may request that you provide, as applicable, proof concerning your status as an authorized agent, which also may include:
1. Proof of your registration with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California;
2. Proof of a power of attorney from the resident pursuant to Probate Code sections 4121-4130.
