Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics will be sunsetting Universal Analytics (UA) on July 1, 2023. Radancy has now added support for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and is able to support both UA and GA4.
Account Level Sigma Reporting
The Reports tab in customer Account Homes now includes a beta version of Radancy's Embedded Analytics where customers can visualize their data with actionable insights at any time. We’ve added new and improved versions of both the subscription usage report and the event survey results report. Previously, these reports were sent to customers monthly and weekly, respectively. These analytics are refreshed daily at 7AM ET.
RESOLVED ISSUES
- Fixed an issue where VEC Representatives who were in Vacation Mode were still eligible to be assigned to new VEC chats.
