Recommended Size and File Type: 150x150 pixels. Must be a .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, or .tiff file.
How to add it in the Hiring Events Admin: By default, the landing page and event reminder emails use the organizational logo seen on your Account Home.
- To edit the Landing Page Logo, open your template, series, or event. Click Landing Screen, then Content.
- To edit the Event Reminder Email Logo, open your template, series, or event. Click Settings, then Notifications.
Landing Page Background Images
How to add it in the Hiring Events Admin: Open your event, series, or template. Click Landing Screen, then Design. You can use the available default images, or upload a custom image.

Landing page images are responsive to your browser’s dimensions. This affects the visibility of the image content. We recommend that you do not include text in your landing page image itself as the image does not display consistently across all devices and screen sizes. |
Custom images are resized to 1600px by 1067px.Use an image that is close to this size or larger. Using a smaller image could cause pixelation, and also be sure your image is in 4:3 ratio to avoid any image warping.
Additionally, for effective desktop viewing, leave a 190px border on the left and right side of the image, and a 130px border on the top and bottom.
On mobile devices, as little as the middle 260px of the image may be visible, so avoid placing text or representational images that may be cut off at this boundary.
Booth Image
Where it displays: In the Booth Tile in the Event Lobby.
Recommended Size and File Type: 500px x 300px. Must be a .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, or .tiff file.
Notes for Booth Image sizing: You have three upload options for booth images: scale, limit and fill, or crop with free transform. If you're starting with an image that isn't already 500px x 300px, be sure to understand these options and how they may affect your image. Read the tips below to figure out the best option for you.
- If your image has detailed content that should not be distorted (e.g., a company logo), do not use the scale option at the time of upload. This stretches the image to fit the needed size.
- Limit and Fill does not distort your image, but may crop the image depending on original image size and proportions. You may not see the entire image.
- Crop with free transform maintains image proportions, but may crop the image depending on original image size and proportions. You may not see the entire image. You can control the zoom and move the image for better placement to show the important details in the image.
Booth Logo
Recommended Size and File Type: 150x150 pixels. Must be a .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, or .tiff file.
Where it displays: In the booth sidebar's Content tab.
Banner Image
Recommended Size and File Type: 1024x355 pixels. Must be a jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, or tiff file.
Where it displays: In the header section of each tab within a booth.
