Importing your jobs into Radancy via job feeds gives you access to features like QuickChat and programmatic job advertising through Radancy's Sourcing Marketplace.
A Job Feed is an XML file taken from your organization's ATS, and contains information related to each one of your jobs, including their Job Title, Job Description, Location, Recruiter Email, and Apply URL.
Import Jobs
Send your ATS job feed link to your Radancy Technical Implementation Specialist in order to have your jobs imported. Since your job feed reflects live updates from your ATS, any changes that are made to jobs there are also reflected in our system.
We require that your job feed follows the Radancy Job Feed Schema. Test your file against this to see if your feed matches or use the schema to auto-generate the code for modeling a compliant job feed.
Track Apply Clicks
You can track how many candidates are moving to the application stage after chatting with a recruiter on jobs that you've imported from your job feed.
To get this extra insight, create a unique link for each job with Radancy listed as the source. Then, include them in the <applyurl> field of your job feed.
After a QuickChat ends associated with a job ingested through your feed, candidates are presented with an Apply Now button that links to its unique Apply URL.
