If your event host/Radancy Administrator or booth owner has enabled the ability for you to schedule chats, you can schedule a chat with Registrants or Signups both before and during a live event.
- From the Event Lobby, click either Manage Schedule below your name in the event control panel or Manage in Your Schedule.
If you don't see Manage Schedule as an option, you do not have access to scheduled chats. Unfortunately, Radancy Support cannot make changes to your event settings. Please contact your event host/Radancy Administrator about your access to scheduled chats.
- Click either Registrants or Signups to review potential candidates.
- Click on a candidate's name to view their information.
- Click Invite to Chat, then select Schedule a Chat to automatically generate a chat invitation. If permitted, you will be able to edit your chat invitation.
The candidate receives an email that prompts them to select one of your available time slots. - Click Send.
