Success Package: Platinum Services Scope

Event Template Build Service

Description

A custom designed event template including landing page, event lobby, and up to 20 booths. All assets including content, images, videos, etc. will be provided by the customer and/or by Radancy team accessing directly from the customers career site, social media pages, etc. Excludes adding of Reps/Hosts/Presenters, and excludes event creation from template. For expo events, excludes creation of exhibitor booths. Includes 1 round of revisions to the template.

  1. Template Training/Consultation

Radancy will conduct a 45 minute call within two weeks of signature, to train the Administrator(s) and consult with the event host, in order to properly configure their virtual event template. 

On the call, Radancy will review a draft employer branded template that includes a sample landing page, event lobby, and sample booths, and ask questions to determine the best way to customize the template.

  1. Template Draft

Radancy will deliver an event draft within three weeks of signature that includes the below bulleted items. 

NOTE: Revisions can be requested within 1 business day of the draft delivery date. Radancy will then deliver the revision(s) within 3 business days. 

Radancy may require additional content from the customer in order to deliver the revision, which should be provided by the customer within 1 business day of Radancy's request.

  • Customized Landing page
    • Custom text must be provided by the customer 3 business days before the draft due date.
  • Customized Registration Form
    • Radancy will customize up to 5 registration fields. Custom text must be provided by the customer 3 business days before the draft due date.
  • Customized Event Lobby 
    • Custom lobby content must be provided by the customer 3 business days before the draft due date.
      • Logo + Employer branded colors
      • Up to 1 Welcome Video
      • Up to 5 Content Blocks
  • Customized Booths (up to 20 booths, of any booth type, within contract limits)
    • Custom booth content must be provided by the customer 3 business days before the draft due date.
      • Up to 15 job links included in the event. URLs must be provided by the customer 3 business days before the draft due date.
      • Up to 60 booth tags included in the event (up to 3 booth tags per booth). Tags must be provided by the customer 3 business days before the draft due date.
  • Settings
    • Rep Handoff enabled for all Reps
    • NOTE: All other default settings will apply, unless otherwise requested by the customer, or recommended by Radancy. Scheduled Chat is recommended for every event.
  1. Project Complete

Radancy will confirm via email with the event host that the project is complete, once the template is finished. 

QuickChat Setup Services

Description

Radancy will consult with the customer on how best to configure QuickChat, to ensure the right jobs are automatically a.) Added to the right Event, b.) added to the right Series, c.) assigned to the right Recruiter, and/or d.) programmatically sponsored.  

This includes adding (customer provided) ‘Knockout Questions’ that the customer would like to apply to a.) all jobs, b.) jobs in certain locations, c.) jobs in certain categories, and/or d.) jobs assigned to specific Recruiters.

Lastly, the customer also has the option to receive a branded QuickChat Landing page, to help automate QuickChats the customer may want to facilitate, outside of the Assistant. This is usually needed if they cannot install the Assistant.

Radancy will conduct a 30 minute call within one week of signature, to consult with the customer  in order to set up QuickChat automations. 

Radancy will ask questions to determine the best way to set up QuickChat for the customer.

  1. QuickChat Automations Set Up

Radancy will implement all of the automations, within 7 business days of the consultation, which includes the below bulleted items: 

  • Up to 20 “job rules”
  • Up to 10 Knockout questions 
    • Radancy recommends no more than 3 per job
    • Note: Knockout question verbiage must be provided by the customer within 3 business days of the Set Up delivery due date
  • Set up QuickChat Notification email branding + reply email
  1. If Needed, QuickChat Landing Page Setup

If the customer cannot use the Assistant, Radancy will setup a landing page that includes

  • Up to 10 Recruiter assignments
  • Up to 5 Knockout questions 
    • Radancy recommends no more than 3 per job
    • Note: Knockout question verbiage must be provided by the customer within 3 business days of the Set Up delivery due date
  • Set up QuickChat Notification email branding + reply email
  • Landing Page Title
  • Landing Page Description

 

  1. 30-Day Check-In

After 30 days, Radancy will check in to see if any adjustments need to be made to the customers’ QuickChat automations. 

NOTE: Revisions are available monthly.  Radancy will deliver the revision(s) within 3 business days. 

 

FAQ Concierge Build Services

Description

Radancy will consult with your organization and then recommend + upload up to 30 FAQs, based on information that is provided by the customer and/or readily available on the customer’s career site. Includes 1 round of revisions to the FAQs.

On the call, Radancy will review a sample FAQ Concierge page that includes recommended FAQ sections, along with sample recommended Q&As. Radancy will ask questions to determine the best way to customize the FAQs for the customer.

  1. FAQ CSV Draft

Radancy will deliver a draft CSV file for customer review & approval, within 7 business days of the consultation, which includes the below bulleted items: 

  • Up to 5 FAQ sections to display on every web page
    • Radancy recommends 4 sections
      • Applying for a Position
      • Benefits
      • About Us
      • Culture & Our People
  • Up to 2 ‘specialty’ FAQ sections to display on 2 high priority job pages only (ex: nursing)
    • These 2 ‘specialty’ FAQ sections can be selected by job category, and/or job location.
  • Up to 5 Questions & Answers per section (not to exceed 30 total Questions & Answers)
    • Radancy recommends 2-4 Q&As per section
      • Custom text must be provided by the customer 3 business days before the draft due date.

NOTE: One round of revisions is available.  Revisions can be requested within 1 business day of the draft delivery date. Radancy will then deliver the revision(s) within 3 business days. 

 

Radancy may require additional content from the customer in order to deliver the revision, which should be provided by the customer within 1 business day of Radancy's request.

  1. Project Complete

Upon approval of the FAQs, Radancy will upload the FAQs within 3 business days. Once the approved FAQs have been uploaded, Radancy will then confirm via email with the customer that the project is complete. 

 

Monthly Training Services

Description

For User Seat holders only (e.g. Admins or Reps with unlimited use of Radancy. This excludes Recruiters and Rep Ticket holders), Radancy will conduct up to one (group) training per user role a month,* if needed or desired by the customer. 

There are 2 User Seat Training Types:

  1. Administrator Role Training (non expo)
  2. Representative Role Training (includes Host/Presenter overview, if purchased)

Please note that on-demand training is always available via Hiring Events Training for any User Role. Additionally, Expo Administrators, Booth Owners, and Rep Ticket Holders are always routed to Hiring Events Training for training, by default.

 

*All User Seat holders (with the exception of Expo Admins) are trained live within the first 60 days, and these trainings are recorded. If a new user seat is purchased mid-way through the term, then that seat holder has the option to be trained live within their first 60 days. This will not count towards the allotted monthly training. 

 

Live custom training needed for replacement User Seat Holders, held outside of the allotted monthly training, is capped at 2 total instances/yr.

 

Monthly training is generally recommended when: 

A.) Often, there are new groups of users starting that may begin using Radancy at different times

  • Org is very large and/or very decentralized (many / unlimited seat holders)
  • Org frequently adds on more seat holders 
  • Multiple, non-connected departments are involved

B.)  Users need live, customized training vs. standard on-demand training frequently 

  • Org is using Radancy in a highly customized manner that requires hands-on training (ex: not using Next Step tags, or can only use approved templates)
  • Org anticipates users may have technical difficulties and prefers hands-on training sessions with a level of ‘tech checks’ for users
  • Org is highly focused on driving better adoption and engagement of the tool

NOTE: Your Customer Success Manager will also advise when it makes sense to do a live training, based on your organization's user seat usage volume and quality, to ensure you are on track to meet your virtual recruitment goals.

Upon verbal or written request of a training for seat holders, Radancy will send over within 2 business days available time slots for the requested training, in order to get the training scheduled. Customer should respond promptly, to ensure the training is scheduled as soon as possible. A training intake call or email may be conducted, to ensure the training is customized appropriately. 

  1. Conduct Trainings

Once the training has been scheduled, Radancy will deliver the live, customized training. 

  1. Repeat, As Needed

If additional training is needed the following month, repeat steps #1 and #2.

NOTE: Any unused monthly training does not roll over into the next month.

Radancy will copy over and upload up to 30 FAQs, based on FAQs that are provided by the customer and/or FAQs that are readily available on the customer’s career site. Includes 1 round of revisions to the FAQs.

If FAQs are available on the customer site, Radancy will copy them into an organized CSV file for upload to their FAQ Concierge.

If limited or no FAQs are available on the customer site, Radancy will conduct a 30 minute call within one week of signature, to consult with the customer on what information they will need to provide in order for Radancy to copy over FAQs and upload them to their FAQ Concierge. 

On the call, Radancy will review a sample FAQ Concierge page that includes recommended FAQ sections, along with sample recommended Q&As. 

  1. FAQ CSV Draft
