You can import one or more booths and their contents from an existing event into a new event or export copies of booths to a future scheduled event.
This can save you valuable time during your event and content creation process and can help organizations that hold frequent events but only need to duplicate specific booths or want to duplicate booths more easily within the same event.
When copying a booth, its settings, and any content are always automatically copied, but any Booth Tags do not carry over, even if they are turned on for an event, or you are duplicating a booth within the same event. |
|
You cannot import or export booths created for Jobs. |
|
You can only use Copy Booths for events in your own account. To have booths copied across accounts, submit a help request. |
To copy booths, from your Event Home, select Booths in the sidebar.

Copy Booths from an Event (Import)
To copy booths from an existing event, click the New button at the top of the Booths page, and select New Booth(s) from Existing.
Select a past or future event to copy the booths from. Events are listed from newest to oldest, and only single, non-live events of the same type as your target event are shown (Open House, Peer Networking, Mixed Networking, or Expo).
To narrow the results, use the auto-suggest search bar at the top of the event list and enter characters from an Event Title, Event Code, or Event Start Date. Your event’s unique letter code is located at the end of its Live or Login URL (i.e., https://app.brazenconnect.com/a/LaunchBrite/e/pPggW)
Then, select one or more booths to copy from that event. Use the auto-suggest bar to search for a Booth Title or Booth Code.
By default, Booth Owners, Representatives, Hosts, Presenters, and Opportunities are copied into each new booth.
When Booth Owners, Representatives, Hosts, or Presenters are copied to a new booth, booth assignment email notifications are triggered and sent immediately after the duplicate booth is created. |
|
If an individual booth Representative has Scheduled Chat enabled in the existing event, it is only automatically enabled for them when they are copied if Scheduled Chat has been enabled for the target event itself. | |
When an Administrator copies a booth that enables Booth Owners to manage Scheduled Chat assignments, the Scheduled Chat settings will transfer to the new event, provided that the new event has Scheduled Chat enabled. |
Then, just click Copy Booths. The newly copied booths display on the Booths page, each with a new Booth Code that can be updated if needed.
Copy Booths to an Event (Export)
No matter if you are starting from an event, series, or template, you may only export booths to one destination - a single, scheduled, non-live event. You cannot export a booth to a series or template. |
To copy booths to another event, click Actions at the top of the Booths page, and select Export Booth(s) to Event.
Select one or more booths to copy, and then an event to copy the booths to.
Again, decide whether or not to copy Booth Owners, Representatives, Hosts, Presenters, or Opportunities. Then, click Copy Booths.
Copy Booths in a Series
To copy booths in an event series, from your Account Home, select Series.
Then, click View next to the series listing.
Select Settings, then Edit/Apply Settings, then Booths.
Again, copy options appear under New and Actions. Once you are finished copying booths or making other edits to your series, just click Apply Changes.
To copy booths to or from only one of the events in a series, simply import or export booths as you would for a single, independent event.
Copy Booths in a Template
To copy booths in a template, from your Account Home, select Templates.
Click the meatball menu next to a template, and choose Edit.
Then, select Booths.
You may copy booths from one of your past or future events into your template by clicking New, then New Booth(s) from Existing.
You can export booths from your template into a single, scheduled, non-live event by clicking Actions, then Export Booth(s) to Event.
