Group Video booths create a unique event experience perfect for workshops, Q&A sessions, event information sharing, and more!
While the one-on-one text, audio, and video booth chat experience is an effective way to engage event attendees, representatives may not be able to engage with every interested attendee. As an alternative to one-on-one chat booths, Group Video booths let you hold a live video/audio chat between booth hosts and participants, with up to a total of nine people at a time.
Group Video booths allow only audio/video chat, and do not have a text chat option. |
Group Video Booths are not available for In-Person Events. |
Add a Group Video Booth
Multiple Group Video booths may be added to an event and to all event types. Like other booth types, you can also add them to event series and templates.
Once you've added a Group Video booth, its configuration is divided into three pages: Settings, Content, and Hosts.
Settings
Group Video Settings include General Information, Booth Tags, Booth Owners, and Social.
Assigned Booth Owners can configure booth settings and content, and download reports for their booth.
Content
Group Video booths require Content in Booth Preview Content and the Booth Home Tab. You can also configure an Opportunities Tab and a Custom Tab.
Unlike other chat booth types, Group Video booths cannot utilize SmartQueue. The Opportunities page is not available to add individual opportunities for Group Video booths. Use the Opportunities Tab to add information about opportunities as custom content.
Hosts
Group Video booths require a Host to start and end a video session, and you can add multiple hosts to one Group Video booth. If a host is not available when the event begins, the booth's content is visible to attendees, but the Group Video session will not be available.
