QuickChat Overview

What is QuickChat?

QuickChat allows candidates interested in positions to chat with a recruiter in a text-based chat before they apply. When someone on your talent acquisition team is available, conversations can happen immediately, or receive email notifications when a candidate makes an inquiry and respond at a later time. Efficiently determine if there is a mutual fit up front, so your time is spent on the candidates most likely to result in hires. An average of 10 to 20% of candidates who use QuickChat ultimately receive an offer.

In order to use QuickChat, your Administrator must have installed the Assistant plugin on your career site or job req pages, or on your custom landing pages. Read this article for more information on the Assistant plugin, or ask your Radancy Account Manager.

Get Started with QuickChat

As a Recruiter in Radancy, in addition to chatting with job seekers, you can claim jobs, add custom qualifying “knockout” questions to surface the best candidates, manage your chat availability, and add custom greeting and away messages.

To see these options, after logging into Radancy, click your name in the top right corner and select Recruiter View, soon to be Candidate Engagement Hub (or CEH). You’ll then be prompted to create your recruiter profile, including your Name, Profile Pic, and Job Title.
