Welcome! This article is a brief primer on using the Radancy platform to register for an in-person hiring event and how to explore an in-person event companion website powered by Radancy. Before the event, make sure you note the location, parking, and any other information described on the landing page advertising the event. During an event, please ask event representatives for guidance on-site as needed. |

Register for Your Event
The event link you found or were provided leads to the event's landing page. From here, click REGISTER or REGISTER NOW.
Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Password to create your account, or you can register and log in using Single Sign-On (LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google).
After that, you'll get an email asking you to click a link to confirm your account. Please complete this verification as soon as possible.
Some events may have Passwordless Login enabled. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. You are not required to provide a password in this case and will instead need to follow the magic link sent to the email address provided to access your event registration.
Next, complete the event Registration Form. Every event has a unique form, so you must submit new registration information for each event you attend.
The information you provide is saved to your personal profile to help event organizers prepare, and it is also shared with event representatives to save everyone valuable time during the event.
Upload Your Resume Using Any Device
You may use your desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone to register for an event and upload your resume or any other documents requested on the event registration form.
On a laptop or desktop, click Select File or Change File to upload your resume.
On a smartphone or tablet, you may use your camera to take photos of resumes and other documents. For each field that requests a file, like Resume, you can take and upload four photos, or instead, you may select one existing file on your device.
The current help text below the form field is incorrect. Supported file types for resumes or other documents include .pdf, .doc, .docx, as well as .jpg, .jpeg, and .png. |
Log in & Explore the Online Companion Site
To view your in-person event's Online Companion Site, log in from any internet-connected device with an up-to-date browser using the Event URL or by clicking the Login button in your registration confirmation email.
Enter the email address you used to register and, if prompted, your password. If you registered with Single Sign-On (SSO), you can log in by clicking your SSO method.
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password? and follow the instructions to reset it.
After logging in, click LOG IN to access the online Lobby.
The event Lobby consists of booths with valuable information and multimedia content for you to explore, which may include physical onsite booth descriptions, overviews of organization departments or open roles, and benefits and culture information.
Some booths list assigned representatives you may meet and connect with at the event under a People tab.
Leave a Drop-Off Note in a Booth
Some online booths you visit may let you leave a Drop-Off Note to express interest or ask questions before, during, or after an event.
Organizations can customize this prompt, which you'll find underneath the Content tab. It may not always say Leave a Note - it could say "Have questions? Let us know!", "Drop us a line!" or similar.
Click the prompt to open the pop-up window and send a message. Your message and profile information is then sent to booth representatives, who may contact you directly.
After an Event
After an event has concluded, you may return to the Radancy-hosted online companion site to explore information in the Lobby or add or update your resume.
To add or update your resume, click Registration in the event sidebar, then follow the update instructions in the section above.
