Radancy offers two different versions of the Assistant to offer significant additional value to your career pages and job reqs.
The Career Site Assistant promotes your events, as well as answers to frequently asked questions through our FAQ Concierge directly on your organization’s careers page, while the Job Req Assistant can offer your prospective candidates several engagement options while on your job postings, including FAQ Concierge, as well as QuickChat, which lets them text chat with a recruiter before they apply.
Career Site Assistant
The Career Site Assistant can be placed on any number of pages on your careers site, and has slots to showcase and provide registration links for up to twenty upcoming Hiring Events occurring within the next 30 days to job seekers, and/or any frequently asked questions and answers you may have in your FAQ Concierge library.
The Career Site Assistant only displays when you have at least one upcoming event in the next 30 days, or if you have at least one FAQ in your library.
However, you can choose to hide specific upcoming events from the Career Site Assistant.
To hide an event, make sure to select Never display in Career Site Assistant while creating the event from the New Event page.
Job Req Assistant
The Job Req Assistant can highlight your upcoming events and FAQs, and/or offer prospective candidates the option to chat with a particular job’s assigned recruiter through QuickChat.
To display your upcoming events on the Job Req Assistant, the job it appears on must be added to an event or series.
- From your Account Home, select Jobs in the sidebar.
- Then, select all jobs you’d like to add to an event or series.
- Click the top three-dot [...] Action menu, and select Manage events or Manage series.
- Select the events or series, and click Save.
